OUR POLICY

You may lodge a request of a return within 14 days from the date you received your package.

RETURNING CONDITION

• Item/s must be unworn, unwashed and with the hygiene liner attached. 
• Item/s must be in their original packaging with tags and labels still attached.
• Please handle the garment/s with care when trying on as returns with any odours, stains or tears will not be eligible for a refund. This includes perfume, sunscreen, body lotion etc.
• Please note, any item/s returned that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for a return. 
  

REFUNDS

Unless the item/s are damaged or faulty, we do NOT offer refunds.

EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT

Any returns that meet our returns policy have the option of either store credit or exchange. Store credit/exchange will be issued once the item/s has been returned to the warehouse. If you choose to exchange your order with an item less than,  we do not refund the difference in price.
